6.4 Delivery Process

  • Goods remain our property until payment is received in full

  • Failed deliveries may incur additional charges

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Standard Retail Items

  • You have 7 days from receipt to return unused items in original condition

  • Deposit/fitting fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

7.3 Exclusions Items that cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom engraved items

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Items returned after 7 days (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards and vouchers

7.4 Faulty Items

  • We will repair, replace, or refund faulty items under Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • Report faults immediately upon discovery

  • Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims

8. Fitting Services and Appointments

8.1 Booking and Cancellation

  • Fitting appointments must be booked in advance

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit any deposit paid

8.2 Fitting Process

  • Fitting sessions are conducted by qualified professionals

  • Recommendations are based on analysis at time of fitting

8.3 Equipment Recommendations

  • All recommendations are advisory based on our professional assessment

  • Performance improvements cannot be guaranteed

  • You are under no obligation to purchase recommended equipment

9. Workshop Services and Liability

9.1 Club Modifications and Repairs

  • All work is carried out by experienced technicians

  • We will assess club condition before commencing work

  • Some modifications may void manufacturer warranties

  • Vintage or rare clubs are worked on at your risk

9.2 Liability Limitations

  • We are not liable for damage to clubs during customisation or repair unless caused by our gross negligence

  • Maximum liability limited to replacement value of the club

  • We strongly recommend insurance for valuable or irreplaceable clubs

  • Work is undertaken at your risk and with your explicit consent

9.3 Collection of Completed Work

  • Completed clubs must be collected within 10 days unless return postage has been arranged or offered
